Terms of Service

By using Neura ("Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Bot.

Your continued use of the Bot after we post or communicate changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. 

The Bot is primarily designed to link your Roblox account with your Discord account. You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Bot.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your Roblox and Discord account credentials. Neura does not request, store, or transmit your Roblox or Discord passwords. Authentication is performed securely via OAuth.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

• Be at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction under COPPA and Discord's Terms). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

You may not use the Bot for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Engaging in any activity that may harm or disrupt the Bot or its services.

• Using the Bot to transmit or distribute malicious software, spam, or any other harmful content.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or any restricted areas of the Bot.

• Harassing, threatening, abusing or otherwise infringing upon the rights of other users.

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Reverse-engineering or attempting to modify the Bot in any unauthorized manner.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will cease immediately. Upon termination or at your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Bot is provided to "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Bot. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Bot.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or any intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Bot. However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

In no event will our total liability to you for all damages exceed CAD $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

We may update the Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through our Discord server.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
