By using Neura ("bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the bot.

The bot is primarily designed to link your Roblox account with your Discord account. You agree to use the bot only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the bot.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your Roblox and Discord account credentials.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

You may not use the bot for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Engaging in any activity that may harm or disrupt the bot or its services.

• Using the bot to transmit or distribute malicious software, spam, or any other harmful content.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the bot at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the bot. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the bot.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the bot. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

We may update the Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through our Discord server. Your continued use of the bot after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
